Let’s be real: nothing—and I mean nothing—could’ve prepared me for what postpartum actually felt like.
I wasn’t just tired. I wasn’t just healing. I was drowning in a sea of grief, sleepless nights, and the suffocating pressure to “bounce back” like nothing had changed. But everything had changed.
Six days before I gave birth to my son, Alessandro, I lost my dad to Stage 4 Lung Cancer. I was heartbroken and postpartum at the same time. I had a newborn in my arms, pain in my body, and a massive hole in my heart. The word “overwhelmed” doesn’t even begin to cover it.
That’s when it hit me: postpartum isn’t just about physical recovery. It’s about reclaiming your whole self—your mind, your identity, your emotional sanity. And honestly, no one was talking about that part.
Why Postpartum Wellness Isn’t Optional
We’re told to “be strong,” “get through it,” “just be grateful.” But what about the mom who’s silently falling apart inside? The one who can’t recognize herself anymore? The one scrolling IG at 3 AM wondering if anyone else feels this lost?
Postpartum wellness isn’t some luxury. It’s the foundation. When we take care of ourselves—emotionally, physically, spiritually—we show up stronger for our babies, our families, and ourselves.
I became a Certified Integrative Health Coach because I needed this kind of support and couldn’t find it. Now, I help women navigate the very thing I went through. That’s why I created my signature program: A Postpartum Woman’s Holistic Roadmap to a Healthy Mind and Body—a space where healing is real, progress is gentle, and motherhood feels a little less lonely.
If You’re Deep in It Right Now, Start Here:
You don’t need a perfect plan to begin. You just need a small shift. Here are three focus areas that can help you start feeling like you again—bit by bit, without the pressure to be “all better” overnight:
✨ Start with Self-Reflection + Mindset Shifts
Your thoughts shape your experience. Even tiny shifts—like reminding yourself you’re not behind or that rest is productive—can change how you move through your day. Healing starts when you give yourself permission to be a work in progress.
✨ Get Ahead of Burnout + Postpartum Stress
It’s not just “mom tired.” Chronic stress, sleep deprivation, and emotional load are real and heavy. Together, we work on building realistic routines, better sleep habits, and nervous system regulation so you can feel like you’re functioning again—not just surviving.
✨ Feed Your Body, Fuel Your Brain
Gut health = brain health. What you eat isn’t just about nutrition—it’s about mental clarity, emotional regulation, and energy. I’ll help you find simple ways to nourish yourself that support your mood, your body, and your goals (without guilt or extremes).
My Promise to You
I’ve lived it. I get it. And I’ve built a program that meets you exactly where you are—with zero shame and a whole lot of heart.
If you’re ready for a safe space to cry, vent, grow, and feel supported while rebuilding your sense of self—I’m your person. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to walk with you, every (messy, beautiful) step of the way.
Let’s Heal Together
You don’t have to figure this out alone. If this post speaks to you—drop a comment and share your experience. Let’s create the kind of community we wish we had during those hard postpartum days.
And if you’re ready to take the next step in your wellness journey, check out my signature program. We’ll rebuild from the inside out—together.
💛 You are not broken. You are becoming.
